Swiss & French Alps Open Photography Tour Explore the ever changing beauty of the Swiss and French Alps on a flexible, multi-night photography tour designed around light, weather, and opportunity. From the Matterhorn rising above Zermatt, to the classic Mont Blanc views from Chamonix, and the striking Plateau de Bure telescope array perched high above the clouds, this journey blends iconic alpine scenes with lesser-known locations. This is an open, weather-dependent workshop , plans adapt daily as we chase the best conditions. We may not always know exactly where we’ll be next, but we do know it will be somewhere remarkable. Join for one night or several, with the option to travel independently or share transportation with me. This year’s tour uniquely overlaps with the full solar eclipse, and we’ll travel south to Spain to capture it, making photographic stops along the way before returning to the Alps. A fluid, immersive experience focused on adventure, learning, and unforgettable mountain imagery.

I am your guide on this tour.
After receiving a full introduction on the first day to Astrophotography, I will then prepare you with the knowledge and tools to go out and capture stunning night and landscape photos just like mine.
In the following days, you will shadow me and try to take the exact same compositions as me in order to learn the workflow and the correct way to capture your images.
Alternatively, you are free to roam the beautiful landscapes around us and capture your own images where I would then come follow up, give tips, and also my feedback.
We will also be doing landscape, sunset/sunrise photography and so on.

Prices
To secure your spot, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the final price per person is required.
The remaining balance is due 90 days before the tour.
12 nights 5400 CHF per person — With transportation
12 nights 4800 CHF per person — Without transportation
1 night 450 CHF per person — Without transportation
If you wish multiple nights just calculate the 1 night rate by quantity of nights you need. Transportation is also available for an additional 100 CHF per day per person.

Deposits are paid via bank transfer. Full payment details will be provided after completing the contact form.
On this trip, only the photography instruction is included, along with transportation if you choose that option. All accommodation, meals, and any public transport (such as gondolas or cable cars) are not included and must be covered independently.
This is because the itinerary is not fixed. Depending on weather, light, and location, we may camp, stay in a mountain hut, or book a standard hotel. Where we go and how we stay depends entirely on being in the right place at the right time.
Rest assured, this approach has been refined over the past four years, and every edition has been a complete success.

Cancellation 90+ days before the tour: no additional fees.
Cancellation less than 90 days before departure: the full amount is non-refundable.
However — to make the process easy and fair:
If you find another person to take your spot and pay the full amount, we will transfer your booking to them at no extra cost. This makes cancellations flexible and helps keep the group numbers stable.
